OUR ETHOS

Our ethos is clear, concise and runs to the core of everything we do, if we have an opportunity to do good and make a positive contribution, we want to take it.

It’s especially important to us use our position to further the sustainability agenda in real estate and society, taking opportunities to reconnect our urban landscape with the natural world, decarbonise and improve the sustainability of existing buildings and ensure our properties make positive contributions to the health and wellbeing of those who occupy them whilst uplifting the communities they sit within.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

We look to acquire UK real estate assets with the opportunity to add significant economic, social and environmental value through intensive  asset management and development. We purchase income producing properties, vacant buildings and development land across all sectors. Our typical lot size is £5-50m, but we will consider opportunities outside of this range.
